If you need any assistance using information provided by the Tech Lancaster website at www.tech-lancaster.org.uk or any assistance with any Tech Lancaster online training programmes at learn.tech-lancaster.org.uk, you can use this system to request help. Tickets will be prioritised based on category and need. For example, you can raise a support ticket for the following queries:
- Queries using our website or its content
- Registering or updating account details (including passwords)
- Technical problems using our systems
- Requests for educational / tutor assistance for our online learning programmes
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
